Shipping & Returns


Shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight and location that the order is being shipped to.

Items are shipped via USPS every Monday. You will get an order update with a tracking number for your order when it shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update as USPS  recycle tracking numbers and due to a nationwide staff shortage there most likely to be delays especially with the holidays coming.

We offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be found in our Footer Menu and HERE this will protect you and your packages. Since we offer this very affordable insurance option we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products. If you do experience an issue please send a claim to Route.

Local Pickup is available at checkout in Seekonk MA. You have 7 days to pickup your order and your item will be in designated pickup area until you pickup. Pickups are available within 1-2 days of ordering, you should receive a ready for pickup email. We are Not responsible for any theft or weather damage done if not picked up within a timely manner. After 7 days you will be invoiced for shipping.


 You will have 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE TO EXCHANGE ITEM. All returned items must have tags, be unworn, unwashed, with no odors and must be in pristine new resellable condition. We will no longer be holding credits for exchanges, the item must be swapped out at the time of exchange. Please email us at to let us know which product you will be swapping with before exchanging. Items must be swapped at time of exchange- no credits will be held. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost or is responsible for swapping product out in person for local pickup in Seekonk MA.
