Shipping
How much is shipping and when will my order ship?
Shopping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is shipping to. We ship out of Cranston RI and we get all packages shipped out within a week. We strive for quicker shipping but like to give ourselves the week cushion incase. There may be times when shipping is delayed. Most shipping goes through USPS, occasionally a package will be shipped through UPS.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
We offer very cheap shipping insurance through Route which can be added to your cart on our website, you can also request to have insurance added to your invoices as well. If a problem occurs you will contact Route directly and they will take care of you. We are NOT responsible for any damages to your packages, once it leaves our hands and is USPS hands there is nothing we can do, you can also contact USPS with any problems as well. The easiest way to protect your orders is by adding Route insurance.
We at MDM take extra time to protect your items before they leave us! ALL clothing wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in the box/polymailer. ALL breakables are wrapped in bubble wrap and a "Fragile" sticker is placed outside of the package. During the warm summer months all candy is shipped with ice packs in a thermal poly mailer at no additional cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your shipping label has been printed you will receive an email from us letting you know your order has shipped! you will also be provided tracking on that email where you can track your order through USPS. Please be patient with delays during the holiday seasons and other busy times.
I put in my wrong address and my order shipped what do I do?
What ever address you put in for shipping when you check out automatically goes to our shipping program where you order is weighed and label is printed. No changes to your address are ever made. Please make sure to double check your address to ensure its correct as we are not responsible if you put the wrong address. If you did or unsure if you did and already completed your order please contact us asap to correct it. If your order has shipped please contact USPS immediately.
I ordered a presale item and still havent received it, where is it?
Every pre order ships at different times, we do try our best to put estimated shipping time in the presale post. Sometimes orders come sooner others come later than expected. This is out of out control but rest assured your item is on its way and will be shipped as soon as it arrives
Local Pickups
How can I pickup my order?
We have moved locations! As of 1/12/24 all local pickups will now be available for pickup in our new lock box located next to our front door at 109 Fletcher Ave Cranston RI. This is a locked box to protect the packages. When your package is ready for pickup your “ready for pickup” email will include the lock code to retrieve your packages. These are normally ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. We do our best to keep everything safe with our camera security system as well as keeping it locked in a weatherproof container, but nothing is 100% secure so we are not responsible for any theft or damages to your orders. Please pick them up in a timely fashion to ensure the most safety of them.
I always picked up my orders in Seekonk MA, now what?
(As of 1/5/24) The good news is my wonderful mother is still willing to put out some pickup orders to those amazing ladies who always picked up there. If you would like to continue to pickup there please select the local pickup option at checkout (it will say for Cranston) and please MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR ORDER THAT YOU WILL BE PICKING UP IN SEEKONK. Since we have moved these pickups in Seekonk will be ready normally between 1-1.2weeks depending on the week. So please keep that in mind when selecting this location for pickup.

Returns
I received something that doesn't fit/ I don't like, what do I do?
You will have 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE TO EXCHANGE ITEM. All returned items must have tags, be unworn, unwashed, with no odors and must be in pristine new resellable condition. We will no longer be holding credits for exchanges, the item must be swapped out at the time of exchange. Please email us or message our Facebook business page to let us know which product you will be swapping with before exchanging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost or is responsible for swapping product out in person for local pickup in Seekonk MA.

Sezzle & Shoppay breaks up your payment into 4 non interest payments due every 2 weeks! You are required to pay the first quarter the day you order and the rest will automatically and securely be taken from the card you add every 2 weeks! How do i buy or use a gift card?
Gift cards are digital, you will not receive a physical card. You can purchase a gift card in the domination of $25-$200, once purchased you will receive a virtual code to give to your loved one. To use the gift card you will enter the gift card number/code into the checkout page- there will be a box that says Gift Card/ Discount Code, it will automatically apply to your order.
I have a coupon code how do i use it?
Coupons can only be used on the website and will not work VIA invoice. You will enter the coupon code right in the box that says "Gift cards/ discount code" at checkout. If its an active code or a code for the items you added to your cart it will automatically apply.
I have a shop credit, how can i use it?
Credits can only be used on full priced items, it can not be used on presales, promos or sales!
How do I know how something will fit?
We have a standard size chart for our tops, dresses, sweaters and bottoms- we do try our best to put in the description on if its true to size, size down or up. We have vendor size charts for our denim for best sizing. Always feel free to contact us with any sizing questions we want to do our best to help you with the best fit! We also include measurements on most of our products.
How do I know my product wont be damaged?
We take the time to inspect every single item for ANY defects before it ever is packaged and shipped to you. We have a Quality Control team member who inspects everything thoroughly. If you ordered online and the item has a defect you will be notified and issued Mountain Money that must be used within 30 days or it expires.
